Access Medicare (Cuatro, LLC) has closed all MAPD products for members on 12/31/16. No members are currently active. Please ensure your facilities, offices, and personnel are aware that Access Medicare is not an “active” insurance plan and members do not have coverage in 2017 through Access Medicare. Any 2017 Date of Service claim will be denied and members who did not elect alternative coverage (MA/MAPD) should have active coverage through Original Medicare and an CMS assigned Part D plan.

Claims are continuing to process for dates of service prior to 2017 but at this time, all claims payments have been suspended until further notice. Please visit our provider portal to ensure claims have been adjudicated correctly. If you have any questions on an incorrect claim (incorrect amount, denied, appeals, etc) please email NetworkManagement@AccessMedicareNY.com with the claim(s) in question. Please review portal by Member ID and Dates of Service, as reprocessed claims originate a new claim number.
